2.1 Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Generative Commerce, a French SAS registered under SIREN 985 174 861 and R.C.S. Nanterre 985 174 861, with its registered office at 171 boulevard de la République, 92210 Saint-Cloud, France ("Generative Commerce", "udev.forecast", "we", "us", or "our"), processes Personal Data through https://udevforecast.com/.

2.2 Scope
This Policy applies when you visit udevforecast.com, request a demo, contact us through the website, communicate with our team about udev.forecast, or interact with commercial, product or technical communications relating to udev.forecast.
This Policy concerns the public website and related lead-generation activities. Processing of Personal Data contained in customer datasets used within the udev.forecast product may be governed by a separate customer agreement and Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
2.3 Personal Data we collect
Information submitted through the Request a demo form
The current website form may collect:
- name;
- company;
- work email;
- telephone number;
- comment or information you choose to include in your request;
- confirmation that you have read the Privacy Policy.
The form also uses a hidden anti-spam field that legitimate users are not expected to complete.
Please do not submit passwords, credentials, payment card details, health information, government identifiers, confidential datasets or other sensitive information through the public demo form.
Technical and campaign information
The website may also process limited technical information associated with a request, including:
- page or source URL;
- website language;
- UTM or campaign parameters;
- CTA source;
- submission timestamp;
- information needed for security and anti-spam measures.
Hosting, network and cloud service providers may process technical connection information, such as IP address and device or browser information, as part of ordinary service delivery and security.
2.4 Why we process Personal Data
We process Personal Data for responding to demo and commercial requests, contacting you about your request, preparing demonstrations and proposals, operating and securing the website, preventing spam and abuse, maintaining business records, complying with law, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal bases may include steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
The required website checkbox confirms that you have read this Privacy Policy. It is not intended to make consent the sole legal basis for processing data necessary to respond to your request.
If we later offer optional marketing communications based on consent, such consent will be separate, optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
2.5 Google Workspace and form processing
Requests submitted through the website may be transmitted to and stored using Google Workspace services, including Google Apps Script, Google Forms and Google Sheets.
Google acts as a service provider / processor for the relevant hosted services under its applicable contractual terms.
We use these services to receive, organise and manage demo and business enquiries.
2.6 Recipients and service providers
Personal Data may be accessible to authorised personnel of Generative Commerce, hosting and infrastructure providers, Google Workspace services used to collect and manage website requests, technical support and professional advisers where necessary, and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell Personal Data and do not disclose demo-form data to third parties for their own independent advertising purposes.
2.7 International data transfers
Some service providers may process Personal Data outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or the country in which you are located.
Where legally required, international transfers are protected by an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses, a UK-approved transfer mechanism, or other safeguards recognised by applicable data protection law.
2.8 Retention
Demo and contact request data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and manage the related business relationship.
Unless a longer period is required by law, needed for an ongoing commercial relationship, or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, the standard retention period for an unconverted website enquiry should not exceed 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
2.9 Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, alteration, loss, destruction or disclosure. Measures may include access controls, authentication, secure transport encryption, restricted administrative access, logging and monitoring, backups, software updates, anti-spam controls, and service-provider controls.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
2.10 Your rights in the EEA and United Kingdom
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to access your Personal Data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, receive certain data in a portable format, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, object to direct marketing at any time, and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
For France, the competent supervisory authority is the CNIL.
2.11 California and other United States privacy rights
Where an applicable US state privacy law grants you rights, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, information about categories of Personal Data collected and disclosed, opt-out of sale or certain sharing / targeted advertising activities, limitation of certain uses of sensitive Personal Data where applicable, and an appeal of a denied request where applicable law provides such a right.
We do not sell Personal Data collected through the udevforecast.com demo form.
If our practices change in a way that creates a legally defined sale, sharing or targeted advertising activity, we will update this Policy and provide the required controls.
2.12 Brazil
Where the Brazilian LGPD applies, you may have rights including confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion or anonymisation where applicable, portability where available, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, and review rights provided by law.
2.13 Canada
Where applicable Canadian privacy law applies, you may request access to and correction of Personal Data and may raise concerns about our privacy practices.
2.14 Australia
Where Australian privacy law applies, you may request access to and correction of Personal Data we hold about you and may make a privacy complaint.
2.15 Other jurisdictions
Where other applicable privacy laws grant additional rights, we will honour those rights to the extent required by law.

We may request reasonable information necessary to verify your identity and protect Personal Data from unauthorised disclosure.
2.17 Children
The website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly use the public demo form to collect Personal Data from children.
2.18 Automated decision-making
Submitting a demo request does not subject you to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
udev.forecast may provide forecasting, analytics, recommendations or AI-assisted outputs to business customers. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making their own business decisions.
2.19 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy where our services, providers, technologies or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
